Introduction
The TurnkeyExpense, LLC, doing business as TurnkeyExpense (“TurnkeyExpense”, “we”, “us” and “our”) websites (collectively, the “Website”), all other products and services, including mobile applications, owned, controlled or offered by TurnkeyExpense, and all content offered as part thereof, are collectively referred to herein as the “Services.” Subscribers, account holders, customers, users, and others who download, access, use, and/or subscribe to the Services (“you”) agree to this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”).
The Privacy Policy should serve as an accessible guide to the information we collect during your use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy, and you represent that you are over 18 years of age. TurnkeyExpense collects Derived Data when the Services are deployed on your servers or other devices. Derived Data includes data about how Users are using Third Party accounts in connection with the Services, network performance, network applications, system data, transaction data, stack traces and source code snippets for certain errors, and similar data related to network performance.
Derived Data is primarily used to improve the performance of Services delivered to you, answer client questions, develop and improve products, and create or publish aggregated industry benchmarks or comparative application performance metrics. We may share Derived Data with Partner Companies to provide technical support or specific services, and may disclose Derived Data when necessary to comply with law or protect rights or property.
11. Security of Your Application and Personal Data
TurnkeyExpense is committed to protecting the security of your Derived Data and Personal Data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect Derived Data and Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also require you to enter a password to access account information. Despite these measures, TurnkeyExpense cannot fully eliminate security risks and mistakes or security breaches may happen.
