Before the First Guest
The popularity of short-term rentals is skyrocketing and as an Airbnb Superhost with more than 250 Five Star reviews, I know the ins and outs of short-term rentals. When I first decided to host on Airbnb, I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into, but it wasn’t long before I started making money and learning how to be successful.

The Problem Nobody Was Solving
As my hosting business grew, so did the paperwork.Receipts from cleaning supplies, repairs, and guest amenities were piling up with no real system to manage them. I tried spreadsheets. I tried generic expense apps. None of it worked the way a
